Hostess Trolley – FEATURES:
- Stainless steel chassis, reinforced at stress points with radius corners and fitted with heavy duty rubber buffer
- Stainless steel gantry with full front sneeze guard and quartz heat/lighting
- Utensil drawer
- 4 x 160mm diameter precision bearing castors, 2 swivel with brake and 2 fixed
- Triple tube trayslide with openings for cutlery/condiment dispensers
- Interior of compartments in bright polished stainless steel
- Each compartment fully-insulated and fitted with a double-skinned insulated door that opens 270ºC and is fitted with a slam catch locking handle
- Each compartment supplied with a stainless steel, roll in/out cassette with slides to accept stainless steel grid shelves or gastronorm containers
- Top hot plate heavy duty stainless steel inset with thermo-panels (4 x 1/1 capacity) and fitted with push/pull handles
- Outer panels are Spritzer
- Heating and refrigeration use a multi-fan air recirculation system
- Electric loading can be varied to suit requirements
- Ice-cream compartment (available only in refrigerated units)
