Zephyr stud anchoring system is designed for use where the Zephyr is to be permanently
installed in stone, tiled or concrete surfaces. The installation kit (KIT 20) comes with
four M12 x 120mm stainless steel threaded studs and a polypropylene drilling template
which doubles as a surface gasket. The studs are simply epoxied into holes drilled into the ground surface.

Installation Procedure:
Step 1: Using the polypropylene gasket supplied with the fixing kit as a template
set out the Zephyr as required.
Step 2: Drill four 18mm diameter holes 100mm deep and ensure they are clean
and dry.
Step 3: Fill holes half way with a suitable injection epoxy adhesive system.
Step 4: Screw the 4 threaded rods supplied fully into the base of the Zephyr and
place the gasket over them. Position the Zephyr into the drilled mounting
holes and jiggle up and down to ensure threads are coated with epoxy.
Allow epoxy to cure as per manufacturers specifications.
